Chi's Finest
Smash Lord
Sadly, the new videos show that all "Easy", "Normal", ect stages are the same for every character. Since Brawl was going to be so huge, I was expecting 5 different courses for each character.

But that never confirmed level 1 would be the exact same for every character. It was also confirmed in the Challenge Mode update, where one of the methods of unlocking something was to beat Target Smash Level 1 with 10 characters.
I guess there was just more thrill to character specific courses, and ones that needed mastery of a character to overcome the challenges of that stage. This has been pretty solidly established since the day they unveiled BTT in the first place. People just decided not to listen to the reasons put forth by others.
Explain what's so important about unique BTT stages, other than that's the way they did it before.
here you go, buddywait, what am I missing? what new movies?
It was never established at all. Quite the opposite, actually. There was a debate over it and everyone just assumed that we would have different course for everyone because we weren't expecting them to short-change us.This has been pretty solidly established since the day they unveiled BTT in the first place. I remember it being pretty cut and dry, even minutes after I'd first read the update. Then I read the Spanish update and got the same impression. Then I translated the German one. And the Italian one. They all said the same thing. I tried to explain this to everyone, but nobody listened. It was never established at all. Quite the opposite, actually. You don't think that's a bit excessive? Or unfeasible? And it's better because 150-200 stages > 5.
I think you'll still get all that on 5 generic stages, for reasons I stated above. And with 5 different stages, you'll get 5 times as much.bballstar23 said:I guess there was just more thrill to character specific courses, and ones that needed mastery of a character to overcome the challenges of that stage.
