Smash 3DS Online Lag?

Ive played quite a few matches online already in the 1VS1 category and every match has been somewhat laggy. has anyone else experienced this?

Like people including Sakurai have said, it all depends on you and your opponent's connections. There might be something wrong with your internet, if not, you're just unlucky and keep getting people with bad connections.

All my matches have been laggy. If it's my connection (9d2u), I'll have to deal with it until I move on Monday. I don't think that would be the issue though, since I have 0 problems playing other games and streaming Netflix/Hulu

I thought I was the only one... Yeah, I had some pretty bad input lag. I restarted my router just in case it was on my end, and I just got huge lag spikes in For Glory. Hopefully it's just the servers being a tiny bit over loaded, and it'll get better with time!

I've had varied experiences though more good than bad. Majority of my games were pretty smooth. However, there were times in For Glory where a new player joined the lag just spiked. Here's to hoping it simmers down as time goes on.

Or whole internet crashing nintendo network over this game.

Thankfully, I haven't got much lag in the 20 or so matches I've played.

However, the game runs like molasses quite a bit. Seriously, like slower than Brawl. No input lag, or stuttering or anything, just really slow.

Yeah, I've gotten quite a few matches myself with lag, and it's cost me a game. A few semi-unplayable, must most have been bearable.

I only experience lag when playing against Japanese people. Matches against people from where I live were flawless.

I went up against a pretty good Villager/Mario named Jamez, but we both lagged pretty hard. Ended up as a 1W 1L :S
