I'm setting up an online Ike tournament with the new online tournament feature.

First to 10 WINS is the victor

The tournament is set to last 3 hours, but it's first to 10 wins so it really should not take too much longer than an hour probably in actuality.

I have work so I won't be able to make it. I'd love to see some of the matches tho. Also brings up the question, are customs allowed or not? Best of luck to all.

Ike dittos show you nothing.

Hogwash, Ike dittos show you how getting Countered while you recover is the most annoying thing ever outside of FLUDD!

I'll probably just embarrass myself, but maybe I'll sign up for this thing.

Why counter when you can just spike it for free because Aether is a trash move.

You could, but it creates so much more sodium when Counter almost always knocks you the exact distance that you're JUST barely unable to recover.

It is our burden to bear.

Ike's Counter is also slower which makes it less optimal to use, compared to Marth/Lucina. Though it's pretty easy if you OoS Counter the down hit. Correct decision is to save your jump and QD.

Yeah, I was not expecting items. I just bull****ted someone with Great Aether.

From what I've read it's just how tournament mode works. You can't change that setting as it is right now.

Yeeeaaahh... I like playing with items and all but this and the FFA is kind of ruining the purpose of this thing.

You can only have FFA tournaments with custom made tournaments.

It's alright. I still had fun even with the item biz. Just seeing any 4 Ikes from this board down taunt in unison made my night.

I also learned that getting stuck in the middle during an Ike FFA is hell on a platter.

Despite the issues I had a lot of fun. Especially 4 ikes shouting "prepare yourself!" At the beginning of every match
