Because Fox is bottom tier.
There are a ton of places that are perfect for waveshine kills, drillshine infinites, and all-around Fox stupidity.

And not forgetting being a fast faller, he does not die up and it's near impossible to kill anyone to the sides on that stage, even more so with fast fallers cause of their lower trajectory so they can tech everythign there and live forever. Also Onett not having a high ceiling, nice platforms for uair juggling and Fox being an expert at killing up makes it too good stage for him. Plus he can laser camp somewhere and run away, then when they have to come and get fox, fox can shine trap them or waveshine them off stage even. >_> So yeah, another stage that was banned because fox can be unfairingly stupid on those stages.
