On wifi how do you turn team attack on?

I set it to team battle, go to rules, and there is no team attack, nor stock battle time limit. How do I set this up?

Team battle is its own tag, if thats what you're talking about.

you guys obviously dont no squat u go to team battle it should say more rules then you do team attacl its not hard

You have to unlock the right to set those rules...

I don't remember how however. =|

you can unlcok the rules in 1p mode but not wifi... thats what i think
