While on the ledge, drop off and Uair, and then buffer a rising Fair. Fox can get back on the stage and autocancel. The last hit of Fair will hit someone standing near the ledge.
It's pretty hard to do because you can get trapped under the lip of the ledge, so you have move away from the ledge and then towards the stage. It takes finesse.
This is useless (and dangerous), but it's pretty fun.
