Omph and Shield Pressure

So one of Hero's glarring weaknesses is almost all of his moves are unsafe on shield outside of a well spaced Fair/Bair and Downtilt. That said, Omph does increase the amount of shield stun the opponent has, so does any one know what moves are safe on shield after an omph? I currently am on a trip and don't have a means to test it by myself.

All of his air moves besides down air is safe on shield if hit low with oomph. Psych up alone is safe than oomph alone however.
