NEW RULE: DOUBLE ELIMATION unless your dqed, please post what coast you live on so i can try to get least laggy matches possible

Ugh... another tourney.. Everytime I enter I get my butt kicked because of stupid lag, because the guy I fight usually lives on a different Planet, and for some reason he didn't experience any.
