Introduction
This thread is a list of KO percentages for all of Olimar's attacks that are capable of KOs (aside from down air because that's hard to test out). The first list is a list of KO percents that are not influenced by any external factors (fresh move bonus, rage, directional influence, etc.) The other lists are shorter lists that illustrate the effect of such factors on the KO percents.
Reading the KO Charts
- The percents listed in each spoiler are the earliest percents in which both red sparks are created and the character is KO'd under the setup in the spoiler. Many characters can be KO'd before the red sparks appear, but the difference between the actual KO and the "red spark" KO varies a lot between each character. This is very noticeable for vertical KOs.
- For all Pikmin attacks aside from throws, percents are listed in order of red/blue/purple. Blues' KO percents are interchangeable with yellows. Whites' KO percents are not listed.
- Up-Throw percents are listed in order of blue/purple. Purples' KO percents are interchangeable with yellows and whites. Reds' KO percents are not listed.
- Back-Throw percents are tested with blues only.
Short Version
- List is an average of the percents in the longer list below, based on weight classes. I put Mewtwo with the other lightweights because its KO percents are closer in line with that class than with Jigglypuff.
- Any row of percents with alternate forms are ignored (Limit Break, Monado Arts). Both of Bowser Jr.'sKO percents for the kart and body are used for the average.

Setup
- All testing is done on Battlefield, in the center of the main platform. CPU dummy is always KO'd to the right side of the stage, if applicable.
- All testing is done in Training. This means that there is no freshness bonus/staleness penalty on attacks and no rage bonus.
- CPU is set to Control, with no input. This means that there is no DI involved from the opponent whatsoever.
- Due to the different damage multipliers for the kart and the character's body, there are two rows of KO percents for Bowser Jr. . Some attacks can never hit a certain part of the character while in a standing position and are listed as "n/a."
- Because his attributes vary differently in each art, Shulk has five rows of percents dedicated to him. I did not test it out with all attacks, but I'm assuming Speed Monado Art has the same percents as normal Shulk.
- Cloud's KO percents differ slightly in Limit Break due to an increase in his fall speed, so he has two rows of percents.
- The Mii Fighters' KO percents are all based on the guest Mii sizes.
- I'm assuming the clones' percents are exactly the same as their parallels, based on testing with only some attacks.
- Some percents start with a 0 (ex.: 97 -> 097). This is because if the percents are sorted out from lowest to highest or vice versa, the sub-100 percents will be listed last/first instead of the other way around.

Short Version
Rough estimate of extra percentage characters can survive Olimar's attacks with DI:
- Forward Smash: ~7%-10%
- Up Smash: ~1%-5%
- Down Smash: ~3%-4%
- Forward Tilt: ~10%-12%
- Up Throw: ~3%-6%
- Back Throw: ~15%-17%
- Back Air: ~9%-10%
- Up Air: ~2%-4%
Setup
Because it takes a long time to test out all characters' KO percents with DI involved, I'm only testing the following characters:
- Mario, middleweight, small body, average fall speed, popular competitive choice and personal test dummy
- Donkey Kong, super-heavy, large and wide body, above avg. fall speed, most competitive out of the super-heavies
- Yoshi, heavy-weight, average sized body, floaty, somewhat competitively relevant and personal nemesis
- Captain Falcon, heavy-weight, tall and built body, fast-faller, somewhat competitively relevant
- Sheik, light-weight, tall and slender body, fast-faller, competitively relevant
- Rosalina, light-weight, tall body, floaty, competitively relevant
- Fox, light-weight, small body, fastest-faller, competitively relevant
- Cloud, heavy-weight, tall and built body, varying fall speeds based on normal/Limit modes, popular competitive choice
- Jigglypuff, easiest to KO out of all characters, purely tested for comparison's sake
- Shulk with Shield Monado Art, hardest to KO out of all characters for 15 seconds, tested for comparison's sake, considered a hard MU by some Olimars
This should be enough characters to guess how much the other characters can survive Olimar's attacks with DI.
Setup is the same as base KO percentages except:
- CPU set to control, with controller input:
1. DI horizontally towards the stage for Fsmash, Dsmash, Ftilt, Bthrow, and Bair
2. DI horizontally away from the top of the stage for Usmash, Uthrow, and Uair

Setup
- Testing done in Smash mode, with Mario as testing dummy and handicap on. This means that fresh/stale move multiplier and rage are active. Each percent is obtained using a fresh attack (i.e., the attack has not been used at all during the match).
- Damage on the dummy is built up through Fox's Blaster lasers, as they deal a little more than 1% when completely stale and are faster than using Pikmin Throw.
- Setup is otherwise the same as base KO percents.
- Each column is Olimar's current percent. I put Mario's base KO percents (Training Mode) here for reference.

Comparison of Rage Blue Pikmin Up Throw to Other Throws (work-in-progress)
- Setup for other throws is the same setup for the above rage percents.
- Percents for Charizard's Up Throw, Kirby's Up Throw, and R.O.B.'s Up Throw assumes that they slam the opponent on the main platform of Battlefield, not on the side or top floating platforms.

Up Throw|179|172|151|132
Down Throw|187|179|157|137

Setup
- KO percentages are for Mario only.
- Aside from Mario's position on the stage, the setup is the same as the base KO percents.
- For all stages, "center" refers to the center of the main platform, "near" refers to KO'ing an opponent near an edge of the main platform, and "far" refers to KO'ing an opponent across the whole stage from an edge of the platform (say, knocking an opponent into the right blast zone from the left edge of the main platform and vice versa).
Battlefield
- "Side" refers to the opponent standing on one of the two side floating platforms of Battlefield, and "top" refers to the topmost platform.

- "Platform" refers to the moving platform of the stage.
- "Platform, near" refers to knocking the opponent into the blast zone that is closer to the moving platform, when the platform stops moving at its farthest. Assume the dummy CPU is standing in the middle of the platform.
