Official Dean Harrington (Menu Voice Actor) Return Thread

This thread is a discussion on the one deep voiced guy that we hear when we are going through the menu and/or selecting our character. The guy that says the character's name in a voice that makes it sound dramatic. I am hoping they keep that sort of voice in back from Melee & SSB64. I don't want to get to some new voice (If anybody has played the Super Smash Bros. Flash with the female teen voice, you'd understand). This thread can also be used for people who can imagine hearing that voice say a certain word like some characters. What i mean by that, is how would you think the announcer pronounce your favorite character in a lower voice (Like how he said Samus in Melee) or yells it out a little loudly (Like how he said Mario in Melee). You can do your predictions on both Confirmed & Unconfirmed characters.
Just to make reference to the him being the deep voice announcer guy, we can call him in short: D.V.A.G. or Dvag.

Edit: Or i guess we can call him Dean. But i will still say Dvag for the fun of it

I changed the title and some phrases in the 1st post. I didn't know at 1st the guy's voice actor was Dean Harrington. So i corrected it.

I don't know how it can soound dirty, but i probably don't want to know. If it does sound dirty i will just for now on reference him as D.V.A.G. or Dean.

I'm all for Dean Harrington's return. The only other voices I'd possibly want to see replacing him are Don LaFontaine (the "movie trailer" guy) or...well, no, it seems Don Knotts is dead. So either Dean H. or Don LaFontaine.

"Failure" always made me want to try again because he sounded sad, but slightly mocking, like he wanted you to try again. And getting "Success!" or "A new record!" always gives me a feeling of pride.

I'm gonna guess he says in a low voice: "pit.."

Or perhaps he coudl yell it out like this: "Pit!"

Or even less likely: "PiiiiiiiiiiiiiiTTTTTTTTTTTT!!!!!!!!"

On a serious note, was the Melee announcer guy the same as the one from 64?
If it was I think he would have a better chance of returning. It's possible.

This guy is awesome. Every time he said, "Failure..." it made me want to try again. It was goading, encouraging. And it was oh-so-sweet when he told the world that the player sitting next to you had been...
