New bill going through the US, it would give Obama a internet kill switch that would shut down all servers on the internets. Not only is that unconstitutional (which doesn't mean anything now), but its also Practiced in China. Yay Communism. Anyway, he can shut down the all the servers in the United States during a "cyber emergency" which was left undefined.

Socialism refers to economics and is in no way a reflection on a countries liberties or lack there of. Europe is heavily socialist but also has more personal freedom.
