It was amazing fun. I didn't need to play games to have fun. Eventually I learned to open up and stop being so shy. The first few days I still was shy. Completely shy. I could especially barely talk to girls and in an exercise I gave everyone handshakes instead of hugs. I'm not bad looking by any means, no, just shy. Then after the Casino Night dance, I realized, once my roomie came back and bragged about his lapdance and everything (yeah, that's what our parties were like, and the girls were pretty hot) I realized that I was too shy. I eventually made lots of friends and got lots of numbers. I even actually danced (I normally don't dance) on the 9th day, and it was amazing. I had too much fun. Our conversations in the lounge (we had a guy floor and a girl floor, and couldn't go on either until the last day) were so amazing. We just had so much fun talking about shroom trips (I don't do them, but the convo was hilarious). I had more fun than I ever had in life. I learned so much there about relationships and the law. All the girls were crying today... I didn't, but was still sad enough. That was the best trip in my life. None of you can understand since you weren't there, but I recommend that when you can pay for it, you go. That was my life's most amazing trip ever, and I loved it. It's saddening... had a last meal of McDonalds with them, watched the final games of Kemps (which was a tradition for us since the third day), then left. I enjoyed the emotional drama and everything. It was amazing.

In other news, I quit Smash.

Ah, so you've heard of it!

I took the Law and Advocacy Program. But I took the advice from my roommate. "Half of these white people here look ******** dancing to black music. Why do you care what people think?" So I danced... not by myself, of course. And not with guys. Although it was funny to see guys dancing on girls. Some of the girls were lapdancing on each other, but that's another story...

Oh, and Smash in general.

Smash or Brawl?

10Melee's

Also it looks like you had a great time. ^_^ No idea what NSLC is... but glad you had a good time there. :)
It is amazing. What you learn will be secondary to the people you meet. And man, we thought that our teachers were so old... the oldest was 22 and the youngest was 18. But I suppose that's why they'd come in and engage in our random conversations. Guys generally are not serious. So we literally had and entire conversation on the most interesting s*** (I mean that literally, I don't curse) you've ever seen. And the TAs themselves have fun. Apparently for every session they attempt to mislead the students until the last day, when the truth is revealed. For example, they make it look like they're hooked up or hooking up with each other. The TAs were cool and like friends... NSLC was amazing.
