Two questions:
- Is Uthrow > Uair > Footstool better?
- Wouldn't using Cape to stall after the footstool work better than just fastfalling?

Uthrow > Uair > Footstool is not a true combo, I have been labbing this type of combo for some time now (long before I'd seen this post). Uthrow > Bair > Footstool is guaranteed (I believe). The Bair just has to have REALLY precise timing to register as a true combo. And no Cape stalling is not better then fast falling. It just gives you less frames to preform the lock. Up throw to footstool is not guaranteed either.
