Not really lag...

Whenever I go online, the whole thing just seems out of sync. I press the button, but the action doesn't happen for at least 3 seconds. I have the thing set to 480p, game mode on, a wired connection. I don't know what else to do.

That'll happen. There will always be lag online and it's worse depending on who you're trying to connect with. There is a Q&A thread for this:
