But you have to remember he was important to Melee still.

She's small.

Because unlike Pichu, Jiggs isn't a clone. I think that there will be no clones in Brawl, regardless to whether or not Sakurai said anything regarding them. No Pichu.

How might you ask?

It has been reported that if Pikachu is hit by an electric attack, he will grow bigger in size.
The size difference cannot deconfirm Pichu.

I'm not saying Pichu is still in the game.
I'm just saying that maybe make at least a decent argument.
