No more Melee tournaments?

I just thought, now that we are in a new generation, Melee tournaments and going to become smaller and smaller as they are replaced by Brawl tournaments. Plus Melee is out of circulation (right?), so.... aren't we nearing the death of Melee?

ssb64 tournaments were still going after melee was released.

Well, it's all a matter of how Brawl turns out.
It might not turn out as competitive, or pros might not approve of it tournament wise.
But, I think Melee tourney's will still be around, but they are all going to have to go at some point.
