NJ/NYC regular events?

My buddy lives down in DC and goes to Xanadu basically every week, and I'm jealous. I live in Roseland, NJ, and I figure there's GOTTA be some stuff nearby, at least in NYC. Is there anything comparable to Xanadu? I want tournies and friendlies, customs and vanilla; I'll take what I can get. Basically, I just really miss being social with Smash.

Bonus points if there are people who aren't afraid of 90% of the stages.

Nebulous Prime (in NYC) just started up again, and has a pretty large showing every week - tournout from what I hear is around 80-100 people.
