I don’t believe so. The tomadachi life one was just uploaded, and the last one was only teased with the flaming chibi robo image. I can’t recall anytime they actually announced them but I think that’s the point, mini directs are surprises. I don’t know if animal crossing would get one as I feel it’s to big to not have a typical direct, but you never know.
arguably he is better than grima since you don’t have dragon or armored emblem. He can take enemies by himself and heal easily. One of the best units in the game. Your getting pretty lucky even if it’s not who your after you are getting rest five stars and a good amount of them fast. That’s pretty good.

Eh, I already have VL Ike. He heals easily and does a lot of damage by himself as well.
Plus, that Attack Stat on Grima though.

That being said, you just watch one anime video with a questionable thumbnail, usually one that is not even in the video, and then YouTube buries you in questionable anime recommendations. How about, you just recommend me one video that is all of the thumbnail clips in one video, YouTube? I would watch it. Def.

Well; I'm mainly wondering if we're going to get a Nintendo Direct Mini sometime next week. From what I've seen, the Yoshi game that was announced at E3 still needs a release date, an update on Smash (most notably a revival to POTD) would be nice, an update on the Mario + Rabbids DLC should be here soon since it comes out sometime this Spring, and the possibility of Animal Crossing finally getting a new game or at least a teaser that a new game is coming would be the best announcement of all to many, especially if that post on Instagram is anything to go by...

Then again, Nintendo Labo is coming out at the end of next week, so I'm imagining they may just cover that for the whole week... unless I'm wrong and they surprise us all.

They are both Ikes, but they have different properties. Brave Ike is green, giving him a totally different purpose and matchup spread compared to Vanguard Ike. You can easily use both on the same team if you so wish. Brave Ike also comes with Aether for self-healing, and Steady Breath which lets him activate it more often (similar to V!Ike's Warding Breath, except it grants +4 Def instead of Res). Urvan also makes him one of the best tanks in the game, since it reduces damage received from consecutive attacks (e.g. from brave weapons) by 80%, which is massive.

Also, you really need to stop fixating on Grima so much. Gacha games are totally random, and you may never get him no matter how long you play the game. The best thing you can do is to basically just forget he exists. Make use of what you have for now. You already have several strong units, that many players would be envious of. If at some point you get lucky and Grima does decide to grace you with his presence, then you can think about what you want to use him for.

WontW invest much time in it anytime soon, just playing whenever I feel like on the side. Still have 4 more dungeons to go in twilight princess after all.

I understand why you'd want a full fledged Nintendo Direct (heck, I really want one as well), and I could very well be wrong and we'll get that instead of a mini. All we can do is wait and see, I suppose.

I regret purchasing Fire Emblem Warriors. It is honestly the worst of those type of games that I have played. After Hyrule Warriors, my expectations were clearly a bit too high seeing as I expected "decent."

Twilight Princess is good though, if I recall, the last four dungeons are the best. Well, most of them.

ooh thanks that makes me motivated to get to play it. I loved arbiters grounds and in a way the snow mansion. But now i don't have the time for a few days as when I play it I play like a 2 or 3 hrs in a session.

Ik FEW is the worst warriors game I ever played before buying it, but I want to play it because fire emblem and I need a warrior game. Also planning to get HW again later because I haven't played Legends version so still a lot I want to experience, especially since the Wii U version became unplayable due to a hardware issue after a HW Medli update bricked the game

I honestly prefer Fire emblem warriors compared to Hyrule warriors lol. despite the similar play-styles between the character.. The computers are a lot smarter and you can tell them what to do unlike in Hyrule warriors which is always useful. Also the game having Sakura and Mounted units is always fun.. mostly Elise, and the Peg knights since i have a bit of trouble with the Knights..

I'm loving Grand Conquests, I had already liked Rival Domains aka sneakiest tutorial ever and this takes everything I loved from it and gives so much more.
Ended up on Sharena's Army, what army are you all on?

I ended up on Alfonse's army. So far, I've been enjoying Grand Conquests, as I really enjoyed the concept of Rival Domains, and this is like a more expanded version of that.

Feathers, Horseshoes and Scrolls are my bane. Even moreso than Dragon Wings, Chaos Claws and Forbidden Hearts.

Anyway, I'm not going to be talking a lot. On the way back home after visiting, me and my dad got word that my grandfather(my dad's father) passed away. So I'm not going to be talking much as I'm under a lot of emotional stress and whatnot. I might still check out if there's anything new every once in a while, but otherwise, I'm going to be silent for some time and try to relieve some stress before becoming active again.

Sucks to hear that, man. Hope you get better soon!

Except Brave Ike also has what is easily one of the most broken weapons in the game with Urvan.

Someone manages to get two attacks in a row before you strike back? The second strike is practically nullified.

This kind of shenanigan, if used well, can potentially make him a better tank than most, if not all armored units.

Even if you're not getting Male Grima, you're getting some absolutely stupid luck, Shiny.

One of the best fliers with Minerva, an amazing tank with Brave Ike and MOTHERFLIPPING HECTOR!

And yet, despite being blessed with so much luck that it literally makes me want to find you so I can steal your goddamn phone, you're not even grateful for the awesome **** you got because "it's not Grima"

So I saw this on the Xenoblade and thought it'd be fun to share here. So Mythra @Malos @mario123007 What are some things y'all thought would happen during the story but didn't?

I'll start.

• Thought Zeke and Pandy were just regular thugs who would later join the party via some weird circumstances.
• I thought Elysium wouldn't be real after all (I was kinda right in a way.)
• Expected Nia to temporarily deflect back to Torna at some point.
• After getting Poppi QT, I expected her to have an "adult" form (which was correct) but I also expected it to be part of the story and not optional.
• I thought Pyra would have like an "evil" or "berserker" 3rd self, I guess I was right about that last part.
• Also was thinking we'd get like one of two more party members. Was definitely surprised to see we didn't get some optional ones like XCX had.
• I actually thought Azurda would die early on, then he didn't and I was like "okay he'll die at the end for sure" but he didn't anyway.
• On Tora, I thought he would get the ability to use real Blades at some point
• I didn't think Morag would officially join the party, but rather help out at her own pace.
• Forgot one, but early on I was expecting other Artificial Blades beyond Poppi to be playable.

-I thought Zeke was a serious character, like Dunban, but very hot headed.
-It never crossed my mind that Nia would develop the feelios for Recks, I thought she was going to be a tomboy goofy friend similar to Reyn.
-I thought Mythra was a separated being that would antagonize Pyra early on and would "replace" her after she fell to the abyss on the first trailer, and that she was working for the then unknown Mor Ardain
-I never thought they would kill off a Vandham
-I felt Shulk was going to be referenced in some way, they didn't do a reference; we flat out heard his voice
-I expected Mòrag to die at some point in a heroic way
-I thought Niall was pro-war, he didn't wanted to, but the desperation for saving his people pushed him into that
-After the first trailer I thought Uraya was going to guide Rex to Elysium
-I also expected Tora to bond with real Blades
-I thought Malos was only a simple general working for Jin, and Jin would "discard" him. I also thought there was a higher power behind the two.

I mean, you can talk about anything you want...lol... and yeah, sometimes your post can get ignored if it isn't what most people are talking about...

I haven't play Overwatch for a long time... ever since last year November... I think I will go back once I am done with XC2... and Splatoon 2...

And sorry gonna mention one last thing about Xenoblade 2... here's Xenoblade 2 in Chinese version...

The font looks super cheap... it's the font that you will usually use when typing Chinese on Word... no, really...

which is understandable since they didn't have much time when localizing the game.

While the Switch supports the Wii U's GameCube controller adapter, the system always identifies the controllers in the adapter as a Switch Pro Controller.

Issues:

Spring Man's animation straight up looks awful.
He's using a Smash Gamecube Adapter, but we conveniently don't see it actually attached to the Switch.
Spring Man's back air looks a little familiar.
Mario didn't have Cappy in the initial trailer so I don't know why he'd be there in game.
Spring Man and Decidueye's renders look like edits of official artwork from ARMS and Pokken respectively.
