I thought Waluigi had this really badass vibe about him back in the N64 days when he made his epic debut in Mario Tennis and humiliated Bowser in MP3. He was a badass but in a comedic way. I really wish they kept that characterization about him rather than make him pure comic relief Gamecube onwards.
