Frida is honestly, not a character I like due to spoilery reasons
David must be protected for he is precious
Arfur is great and deserves all the paper on the planet
Joanna is honestly one of the best mother characters I've seen in a while

It’s Smash Ultimate yet they chose the inferior Palutena Guidance’s. I don’t get it.

With how David Hayter hasn't voiced the character since Peace Walker, Kojima not being part of Konami anymore and Campbell JP VA being dead, I don't think bringing back Codec would have been as great as we might think.

PG was easier since Sakurai is the creator, but even then, it still as problems, so I do believe that Codec not being back is for the better.

Heh, don't get me wrong, I'm not the biggest fan of PG because, as a fan of Uprising dialogues and VA, the quality of guidance's dialogues & VA is reallyyyyyyyyy inconstitant. Sometime it's good like with Ridley, sometime....not so much, but for what it is, I don't think it's really unworthy of being here, it's just a bonus you can easily skip if you don't like it, so, no problem for me.

The Frida stuff is honestly not a thing I was expecting but I actually liked it. It's not every kid's show that deals with conflict of this type.

Nah, it's just that the fanbase likes to ship them both and I approve of it.

Again, like I said, they are some who are really on the low side.

But then, there are some like Ridley who give some nice jokes (The "Is that canon?" part gave me a good chuckle notably) & some story to the character that peoples who aren't hardcore Metroid fan (or hardcore of said character franchise in general) wouldn't know otherwise.

So, when it miss, it really misses, but on the few moment it hit, it does a nice job I say. I still prefer the Codec overall buuuut I like PG when they are clever, as rare as they may be.

That, or maybe the Uprising fan within me can't help but like to see those characters again talking to each other, especially when Pit is talking since he is the only one with his original VA in Ultimate.

So it seems that when you enter the Shop (or is it specifically the Spirit Shop?), one of a few vendors will assist you. Here are the five vendors:

• Sheldon
• Anna
• Funky Kong
• Timmy & Tommy
• Beedle

Also, there seem to be 16 teachers/coaches, and these teachers can teach your Spirit a "Style", with a unique style for each teacher. I have no idea what these styles do. I haven't been able to find the names for these except for two, so I guessed some based on what they say. Here they are in the order they're listed.

• Rodin? - Demon Style (nothing notable about their speech, but Demon Style sounds related to Bayonetta)
• Cap'n Cuttlefish - Land Style! (name was listed)
• Peppy Hare - Air Style (had no clue until he said "Never give up! Trust your instincts!")
• Copper & Booker - Brick-Wall Style! (name was listed)
• Daruk? - Boulder Style (very energetic, yells "HOT!", talks about rollin' and how the spirit is "part of the family")
• ??? - Big-Bee Style (talks in a somewhat seductive way, also says things like "Oh my...", "Ah, marvelous.", "What a pity...", almost definitely a female with big b's (Camilla?))
• ??? - Runner Style (says "That's the power of science!", also says "I've been waiting." when you enter)
• ??? - Gravity Style (a physicist, mentions Newton, calls the training an expirement)
• ??? - ??? Style (seems like an animal or Pokémon that talks by yelling, doesn't mention the style, yells are like "Gy-aon!", "Gwoooh! Guruoo…", "GlOOYA BLEESHK!", lots of sounds beginning with G except for a "ROAR")
• Wii Fit Trainer - Lightweight Style ("Who's ready to get fit? Wii are!")
• Riki - Strategist Style! (says his name)
• ??? - Equipment Style (says "Oh ho ho ho ho!")
• Zangief - Overthrow Style (definitely Russian since he says "Khoroshiy!", talks about strong arms and piledrivers)
• Kat and Ana - Ninja Style (say their names)
• Slowpoke - ??? Style (doesn't say anything, text is in second person)

Cloud is probably the only character (beside Kirby of course) who survived Galeem attack because Galeem forgot he existed since there is almost no content related to him or FF in general.
