Ok here's a question for you all:

What is the best/your favorite Legend of Zelda game and why?

Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask are both my most favorite Zelda games in the entire series for a multitude of reasons. The first being that these two games were my entry titles to the Zelda series. OoT is a Zelda game that I have pressed hundreds of hours in, and have replayed it many, many times. Same goes for MM, but MM isn't just a childhood favorite. I believe that its dark atmosphere and impending doom-style gameplay made it a much more interesting Zelda title versus most Zelda games. Even Twilight couldn't mimic the same fear and dread MM imposes.

Are they the best Zelda games? Not really. I know better than to par both of them with games like A Link to The Past, Twilight Princess, and BotW. Are they wonderfully amazing titles? Hell yeah. Even in today's gaming world, both of these games still stand strong amongst the vast open world games library, and they will continue to age well.

Its was a better "To the Past". You just needed that to win me since I'm a sucker for top-down zeldas.

Loved the world building and side quests. The dungeons, despite the low number of them, are still some of the best designed in the series.

Always going to be a coin flip between Majora's Mask and Twilight Princess.

For Majora's Mask, I prefer the approach it took of a dark, depressing and apocalyptic world, alongside it's emphasis and depth to it's characters and their backstories. The side-quests were also really fun and engaging as well.

On the other hand, Twilight Princess has Minda, one of my favorite partners and characters in the series. Zant was also a pretty cool villain and I enjoyed the combat systems and sword techniques. It was also a blast playing as Wolf Link and mounted horse combat. I kinda prefer the dungeons, over world and soundtrack there as well.

Really, I can see myself replaying both and never get tired of either one. Okay now all this sounds like I prefer Twilight Princess more than Majora's Mask. Guess I'll go with that lol

I beat Shadow of the Colossus yesterday.
Overall, it was quite a good game, though I did eventually feel sort of bad for killing some of the Colossi (namely the thirteenth and sixteenth ones). The soundtrack is fantastic and I quite enjoyed both fighting the Colossi and the moral ambiguity of the plot.

My favorite would be Twilight Princess.
I know that the game is somewhat contested among fans, but I personally love it for quite a lot of reasons. Namely, the story, the dungeons, Midna, and the soundtrack are some of the reasons why it's my favorite.

No, as you need a key to get total access to the files; breaking the code of that key is basically impossible as you would need months or even years to brute force it with a supercomputer.
