So a question game to pass the time and because I'm curious:
What's a video game genre you really dislike, but you'd give a try or play if your most favourite or one of your most favourite series got a video game(and in this hypothetical scenario, a good one) that uses that genre?

For those who know what genre they dislike, but don't know the term or name, here's a list of genres for those who need guidelines/etc.

MMOs are my least favourite genre purely because of the time investment and requiring other people. I really wanna start streaming FFXIV for YouTube/Twitch though when I get my YouTube up and running since I genuinely want to try that game anyway.

I also wouldn't really play a dating sim but one thing I'd genuinely like for once is instead of Japanese RPGs and adventure games forcing "the destined waifu" upon me who is almost always worst girl, while teasing me with the greatness of the other female characters - I'd like a game like that where I can actually just choose who I get to be with through actually pursuing the one I like as best as I can. If you're gonna put ecchi visual novel elements in there, at least go the whole way. Even FE Fates fails you by forcing Azura upon you in the main story.

Occasionally, you'll get some stuff in the style of GBA games or DS games. Those are good too. Though I like the SNES ones the most.

But most of the time it's NES/GB and then Genesis/SNES, which are fine too.
