Gotta be honest, this Bowsette **** is pretty nice; I prefer this over the newest dumb self harming challenge, randomgates, whatever Trump tweets and politics in general. The explosive response from the concept has buried that stuff. And while some will get tired of that (which is pretty understandable) the different representations of the character, either lewd, crazy or wholesome and the response of recognized artists joining the bandwagon is something pretty awesome to see.

so the way i usually browse here is i check the last page i checked/posted on from the notification, then skip to the last page. usually there's like 10 intervening pages, sometimes more.

this time there were 18 pages skipped, yet it's the first time i can remember outside of a direct that people were talking about the same thing on both pages.

I'm pretty sure that's Japan in general. Japan really really likes blondes and the fact that Bowser's beginning Bowsette look was the blonde hair version certainly hit the homerun with them. Well, that and the fact that the main look is still Peach to an extent, who's a popular video game character in general and blonde too.
