For Bowsette, I think peoples use it because it's easier to get that it's related to Peachette and thus the super crown concept to turn peoples into "clone" of Peach to peoples who don't know what's all that jazz about a gothic Peach with horns.

Personally, I prefer the sound of it to Beacher, but I can get it's not the best name since Peachette only really apply to Toadette.

You know people have a very vague view of "mature" when it's perfectly fine for kids to be scarred by pianos with teeth, carnivorous mud-spitting plants in bikinis and cute little girls cracking their necks to become spiders and Mario showing off his nipples and cross-dressing in a bride outfit, yet not fine for a Peach/Bowser hybrid to be in the game.

I think it depend how Ridley would prefer his meal: get a quick one? (the Mushroom Kingdom would be a cakewalk for him to destroy, even as a princess if he retain most of his abilities), or take it slowy and enjoy every second of it? (Samus would me much harder to fool, but the final result would be so worth it that Ridley could take his time to enjoy torturing his nemesis, even if he would prefer doing the good ol' way)

I don't know, Ridley is definitly a sadist, but I feel like the Mushroom Kingdom would be too boring for him to play around with, so he would go more quickly for the kill. Tho, you can bet he probably torture the real Peach before all of that.
