Man, the start of the game is basically "How to Roast Mythra in 500 different ways".

Which is quit ironic since Pyra does't exist yet (maybe that's why she created her?), but also because I am unsure how to feel about this, surprisly enough I know.

End 2018 - 2019 are going to be interesting years. A lot of cool anniversaries too.
( I am a history, science and math nerd. )

November 11th, 2018: 100th anniversary of WW1 ceasefire.

November 16th, 2018: Pokemon Lets Go released.

December 7th 2018: Smash Ultimate!!!

June 1th, 2019: Praline's thirtieth birthday!!!

June 6th, 2019: 75th anniversary of D-Day.

September 1st, 2019: 80th anniversary of the start of WW2.

2018 and 2019 also have great games coming, like a new Pokemon game, Luigi's Mansion 3 and Animal Crossing Switch and that Spyro remake. 2018 had great games too like Spiderman PS4 and even more stuff.

Also in 2018 and 2019, there were a lot of rebellions against communism that changed the world to what it is today. The fall of the Communist bloc, and some uprisings in Africa and stuff.

Also in 2019, we are getting the James Webb Telescope and that will give us greater pictures in space!

The time I entered highschool to now was probably one of the best eras in my life. Hoping the same for 2019.

I was just looking at Laegjarn's stats and HOLY CRAP, I'm excited for her. 36 Spd and 36 Def means she makes for an amazing tank. Give her Iote's Shield, something like Brazen Atk/Def and Renewal or Vantage, and she's gonna be amazing. She could also run Life and Death 3 and still have a decent Def stat. And that's before thinking about Flier Emblem buffs. Basically, her base Def with neutral IVs is where my +2 merge,,+Def, Def Refine Hinoka is with Atk/Def 2 equipped. Granted, Hinoka has a more favourable Weapon Triangle colour for a physical tank and a better HP pool even with -HP IVs, but there has been some more powerful green units popping up so Laegjarn would still have a really good place on my team.

I was already gonna save for her but now I'm really gonna push for Orbs before she comes out.

Now back to Torna.

The more I think about it, the more I want Lora/Jin as the XC2 reps. Though looking at how the Vanguard/Rear Guard system works in the game... You switch between characters to replenish your red HP. How would you implement something like that in Smash?

I feel like you couldn't replicate perfectly TGC gameplay in Smash without taking some liberty or putting way too much time into it that could go to other fighters.

I'm currently trying to find an answer, I do have some vagues ideas like Jin working as an assist in the background, or Jin working like the dolls in Blazblue or Stands in the JoJo fighting games, but like I said, it's too vague in my head to give a clear explaination right now. (That and it's freakin' midnight for me and I'm still on my computer)

Unlike FF, DQ isn't that popular in the west, hopefully they add a character and then DQ might get more attention in the west.

Sure there's no personality for the party. Though to me DQ is more about the adventure and the stories involved with npcs.

7 is the only I've played so that.

I love it though, one of my favorite rpgs and I love how expansive the world feels.
