I'm two pages late on this but LOL Cybersai.

Cybersai was a ResetERA troll that got temp banned several times before getting permed over a thread about him trying to hide the fact he got a tan (because something something he was sneaking out to go swimming without someone and he didn't want them to know he was having fun without them something). He's pretty much infamous in the ResetERA community for lying his butt off for attention.

I mean people have been wound up about Skull Kid for weeks but I'm pretty sure Cybersai is just yanking everyone's chain and Lady Bow is just guessing regardless of whether or not it actually happens.

So the new Weapon Refines:

-Cherche got a really good one with her Axe. Not only is it a Brave Axe, but it's Refine is Panic Ploy. It's very good for Cherche due to her high ATK and high HP and it allows her to have a different C-skill while also having Panic Ploy.
-Odin's Grimoire is a Bladetome that doesn't give it a cooldown penalty, much like Olwen's Thunderhead. It's Refine effect basically allows Assist moves to give him and the Target who either assisted him or he assisted get +6 ATK & SPD. The no-skill cooldown penalty is pretty nice while the Refine is a bit lackluster. ON THE OTHER HAND, it actually works pretty dang good with DEF/RES Link 3 from Bride Sanaki. Basically, if he or his ally are assisted, Odin has his Refine and his ally has DEF/RES Link, both Odin and his ally will get +6 to all Stats. That's alot of interesting potential. That actually sounds like a lot of fun to use with my Male Corrin and his Yato and DEF/RES Link 3.
-Celica's Refine is terrifying. She gets Brazen ATK/SPD and her Ragnarok effect now activates regardless of HP. So basically, if she's under 80% health, she'll have +12 ATK & SPD during combat. Now combine that with a 2nd Brazen ATK/SPD and she'll get +19 ATK & SPD.

So nice news is that Special Spiral 3 is Armor and Infantry only. Armor isn't going to use it much due to the Fighter skills and no Cavalry/Flier and Reinhardt to make broken use of it. That being said, the fact that Ranged units can use it though is bound to create some dangerous units and combinations.

Edit: So the new Seals are Threaten DEF, Drive SPD and Fire Dance. Drive SPD is pretty nice and Threaten DEF is decent. Fire Dance is lol. I wonder if the Dance skills are just there for making an excuse to not do any of the B-skills like Renewal and Vantage as Seals.

****biscuits. I was hoping to try out a F!Grima Glimmer set using that.

Doesn't beat any of the rest of Dragon Squad's B slots, so they won't be making much use of it. If Armor doesn't either, and Flier and Horse can't, I don't really have anyone who could benefit from it yet.

Not that I'm likely to get it but in that case, I suppose I would give it to Chrom for an offense oriented set.

Cherche got a prf Brave Axe, I slightly regret making mine 4* +10 now because now I have to waste feathers promoting one just to merge down.

Odin's tome sounds alright. It's an easy +18 to his attack, which he badly needs; combine with Def/Res Link and he can get the full +30 basically on his own... unfortunately that's only enough to give him the Atk stat of a normal unit, it's not going to make him suddenly super viable or anything.

Meanwhile Celicas the world over are about to binge on Divine Dew. That thing is just ridiculous. :p why did I spend my last set of Divine Dew on Titania, she's good but her refine is kind of lame

Also Combat Manuals just took my barracks down from 570 units to 270. Wheee. Can I have the orbs I spent on barracks expansions back now?

I ran into this Hinoka in the Voting Gauntlet and seeing Hinoka built like this is just weird to me.

Make her a Def tank, she still ends up with a great Atk stat anyway!
