Many mods or fan games have been going through YouTube or whatever social media, and Nintendo has not cared too much. Plus, Nintendo will never view you as significant to be honest. Nintendo probably just wants their customers to buy their games. Say what you live about Nintendo and their games instead of reporting
Also, if accounts do get terminated because of too much "copywright", you showing it off is just making you look quite bad. I mean if a U.S solider killed a terrorist and that terrorist would rather get sent to prison than getting killed, would that solider brag about that terrorist dying? Would the U.S government care too much?
I am a huge Nintendo fan too and I show their support by buying their games. I understand why Nintendo would close some games down like AM2R and Pokemon Uranium because they got too big and they were too similar. I understand why they will do this anti-piracy stuff to protect their games from getting straight up copied. It is usually good to report piracy, but some of those mods or even fan games like the one you reported were not too harmful for Nintendo. For example, I have seen many YouTube videos where people do fun things in Smash 4 by modding their characters to act the same and so on. They say they can not play online, and they try their best to follow the rules. What you are doing is just rude. You are literally celebrating over a death of a kind of innocent channel. I am a person who is anti-piracy too, but I do not celebrate every time a channel is dead because of too much copyright or hacking online. You disgust me.
