You are actually getting Bond points still. It just takes a real frickin' long time to get to Bond 6 or higher. Because now, whenever you reach Bond 6-9, for 1-2 Stars, you'll get Golden Apples equal to the Star level and for 3-5 Stars, you'll get 1 Saint Quartz for 3* characters and I think 2-3 Quartz for 4-5 Stars respectively.
And when you reach Bond 10, you'll get an special Craft Essance exclusive to the character you got to Bond 10 with. The absolute majority of them are pointless, as they are weaker than normal Craft Essances, mostly cause they can't level up and some are just weaker effects of others. But there are a couple that are actually decent. Heracles has one of the best ones.
So no, there isn't a requirement for Bond 6 or higher. It's just going to take a frickin' long time. Not forever luckily.

Are Kojiro's or Cu's CEs worth it though?

We know that, and it makes me sad. Original Lion King is already better. Lion King does not need a CGI remaster. Lion King has aged goodly though, so I am concerned.

...... I hate to say it, but my interest in seeing the live-action remake just decreased.

That was one of my favorite songs from the movie. It's probably one of the most popular Disney villain songs in general, too. Why on Earth would they cut it?

They aren't.....bad. But like I said, you can't level them up, meaning they are stuck with the same 100 ATK & HP increase compared to other Craft Essences that can give you a boost in something as well as an additional 1000 ATK or whatnot. Kojiro's doesn't sound bad for a Quick Team, but Kojiro wants a CE that gives him an effect as well as lots of ATK, like Imaginary Around. And with Cu, Cu would rather have a CE that boosts Quick cards in general rather than one that only boosts his NP and has a chance of boosting his critical damage.

Yeah, Kojiro's isn't bad BAD but Cu's is just outright terrible.
CEs are something I'm never really sure on which ones to use, though I'm really just sticking with the event bonuses for now

You could go here for some suggestions on what to use and whatnot.

Simply clicking on a Servant will give you descriptions on them, what they will require for Ascension and skills and etc, and suggestions for Teammates and CEs and which skills to level up first. Sure, they do have Tier lists, but you can ignore the tiers and simply look for suggestions.

Some movies should not get rebooted at all. I feel the fate of the remade Lion King will never reach original Lion King level. Stinks that the Be Prepeard song is gone. Can we have more Camilla memes please?

Fate is a game of multiple types: fighting (PS2 title as I recall it was mentioned here before), Hack 'n Slash styled (Extella), an online RPG mobile (The FGO game that Ivander was talking about) and yeah... Shishoe's mafia game. Visual Novels too. There's probably much more different types too.

The anime Fate Zero is pretty cool.
