So you're just like me as far as when one began to like Mario is concerned. I think I began to like Mario much earlier than that back in my time. I don't know. Like you, I just happened to like the character for the most part. Must be a coincidence.

One thing I noticed is that when you grow up, your emphasis on liking the first few things when you were very young begins to decrease. Maybe that's just me. But instead I have Bayonetta as an avatar right now, which is something I started to be interested in as far as 2012 to 2014.

I've never posted my age, among other things on the Internet, and will most likely continue to not do so unless I have a change of heart about sharing lots of information. But I'm old enough.

Fjorm and Beruka probably will be replaced at some point. Maybe Athena too but I like her so maybe not.

Also none are over level 10 cause I’m playing incredibly slowly.

My Nowi is legit trash though. She can not kill like Hector can.

They have wildly different skillsets, to be fair.

And Nowi has the advantage of her distant counter being in her weapon, allowing you to give her stuff like Fury or anything like that.

And that's not mentionning the Breath refines.

Nowi has a lot of potential, dude.

We also have Julius' weapon. Loptyr or Loptous as it's called in the English version.
It gives +3 RES. But it has a really unique effect. If he's attacked by a character using an "effective against Dragons" weapon, like Falchion, Binding Blade or Naga, he is treated as a dragon against them and takes effective damage, due to the fact that Julius is possessed by Loptous and Loptous is a dragon. HOWEVER, if he is attacked by a character not using an "effective against Dragons" weapon, that character suffers -6 ATK during combat against him. Besides his weapon, he's confirmed to have ATK Ploy and Guard.

Basically, this references how in his game, he took half damage from anything that wasn't Naga. Although despite being effective against him, I don't think Naga will work good against him in this game as he has 38 RES, including from his weapon. He's basically Anti-Mage as any Mage that attacks him loses -6 ATK. And that's a combat debuff, which means that it's in a different category from Seal ATK/ATK Ploy/etc.

His best builds require feeding him at least four units for skills, one of which is Brave Ike and another of which must be one of the four different 5* exclusives with Armor March.

As someone who is willing to open his wallet for this game and still cringes at the thought of that, let me put this as simply as I can.

Do. Not. Chase that.

For my part I was referencing the Budget Tier list, which is a better representation of what you're going to have available. Hardin's still up there because you can build him fantastic on a budget - Pivot, Ward Armor, Bonfire, and Fury if you'd like are all available at 4*, and his standard kit is still great.

Yeah, they kind of screwed over Naga here as triangle advantage plus his great RES means he's still taking minimal damage from the weapon even with the bonus. In a 1-on-1 fight I'm pretty sure Julius would win out, which goes against the lore behind both books since Naga destroys Loptous Loptyr in the game.

On the bright side, that tome animation is phenomenal, I'd gladly promote Julius just for that.

Just saw The Greatest Showman. My thoughts?

Despite this film being very divisive, I don't really fall to either side. I don't find this film amazing (and it's very popular among general audiences)...but I don't find it awful either (which seems to be the opinion that critics lean towards). While the story felt rushed and I wish it was longer in order to give more time to develop the characters, the acting is strong, the camera work is fantastic, and the individual songs are wonderfully composed. The film also has a good underlying message of "being yourself" and that prejudice is harmful and dangerous. At the same time though, I must give a warning to anyone who hasn't seen Greatest Showman: this movie isn't historically accurate much at all. Hugh Jackman's portrayal of PT Barnham is much different from how he actually acted in real life.

It's got a few great things in place, but more care needed to be placed into the film if I was to love it. I would be willing to buy the entire soundtrack, on a side note.

Overall, while it's got some notable flaws, it's a fun ride for many and has some appeal.

Score: 5/10; not bad but proceed with caution. It's not a terrible film in itself.

I don't really play any mobile games either.
