Not entirely. They can't exactly be classified a gender, so it's mostly up to them to decide whether they are male or female. Especially as some hermaphrodites don't have the woman breasts.

That being said, Futa is exclusively used for women with male organs in 'artwork'.

No, they often have those too. But often times not too. Some have the male parts but no female parts in fact. But one with all the parts is called a full package futa.

I'm just saying this for the sake of accuracy.

It is not science. There are people just born like that. There's no science involved. Just Mother Nature wanting to mess around.

Edit: You know, this could've been avoided altogether had we just let him believe it was related to the tax thing.
