I know a better show about video games
Unlike Konosuba, no "GUYS WE HAVE BOOBIES WATCH US" too!
If you think that's the only thing about Konosuba, then I think this discussion is not going to go well between us.
No really, I'm tired of the "HUH PEOPLES LIKE THIS SHOW ONLY FOR THE BIG *******" argument or joke or whatever. It's really getting stale to me.
And hey, we all know SAO is better than Konosuba and the show you think off. I mean, there is little to no big boobies here.:yeahboi:
I still can't for the love of god figure why Studio Deen doesn't like money
They already showed their doubts with S1 and only 10 episodes and when it proved successfuo they decided to fix that with another season... which also has only 10 eps
Like, was it not that successful in Japan? I swear, if it is, Japan has ****taste and it prejudicates out actually good chinese cartoons

From what I heard, it's because of the fear that, if the anime continue, it will affect negatively the sell of the lightnovel.
But here is the thing: no one would have give a **** about the novel if the anime didn't exist. So why are they ****ing doing that?
Japan suck anyway when it come to manga and anime, working there is hell and they don't give a **** about their western fan. Because they are locked in the past and are too afraid of stepping outside of their country.
And it's not Studio Deen fault, because from what I read, they would have love doing a third season. So, it must the editor of the light novel or something like that.

Oh, people say they like it because of the humour
But in honesty I don't find it funny or anything, if the first episode fails to make me smile then I consider it a bad comedy

And I saw a gif of that Aqua chick motorboating a girl

You should give a show two or three episodes. You'll get a better idea of it. Also, some great comedies had mediocre to bad first seasons. South Park, Parks and Rec, and Always Sunny are like that.

Ah, humor, funny or not funny, that is the question than everyone have.
Really, if you don't like it, fine, but don't come to people who like to watch a "better show" just because you don't find it funny, 'K? (Especially if said show have been cancel)

Plus, it's just the first episode, you can't really judge an entire anime of 2 season with 20 episodes in total on one episode.

And like, out of context stuff? I don't see the point honestly here.

Even then "Guy gets stuck in MMO" is so ****ing cliche, especially when the time I watched the first episode, Ex-Aid put a spin on it exclusively for it's third arc

I watched a bit of Konosuba. It had its moments but overall nothing I'd really go back for.

Speaking of anime, I started Full Metal Panic a while back (no relation to Full Metal Alchemist before any of you smart asses ask :p). It's a pretty old show, but one that's always been on my radar. A quick tldr of it is that it's about a 17 y/o Sargeant who gets assigned to act as a bodyguard to a 16 y/o high school girl without her finding out, so he has to blend in, problem is he has zero social skills and all he's known is the military life. Hilarity ensues. Also drama.

It's surprising that it's actually a pretty good show. The protag especially, he's mostly stoic and serious but he isn't a **** (which was my biggest worry) and is actually pretty understanding despite his poor social skills and tries his best to improve himself (even if a lot of times it backfires pretty badly, mostly played for laughs).

Oh yeah I guess I should say that the series is also a mecha anime, but it's pretty low-key compared to something like Gundam or even Code Geass.

The big jelly boobs are part of the visual humor, after all

Ah, that sucks, I know it's common practice to end animes early and say "go read the manga/LN" but Konosuba doesn't exactly end at a cliffhanger that makes you feel "I need to continue this", especially when most of the humor is visual and probably don't hit with the same note in a book.
Even then "Guy gets stuck in MMO" is so ****ing cliche, especially when the time I watched the first episode, Ex-Aid put a spin on it exclusively for it's third arc
Well, except, you know,it's trying to parody that whole genre but let's ignore that so you can continue sucking on KR's ****

And it's not an MMO, it's an alternate dimension, duh

Well, the joke wasn't funny to me and I was really angry an sad at the moment I writted that post. So a joke that isn't funny to me would of course lead me to have a negatif answer to what seem trolling to me.
Plus, you didn't say the name of the show in your first post. So for all I know, you could have talk about everything else and I would have still find the joke not funny.
Anyway, let's agree to disagree, shall we? And move on.

For me, it's worse, the ending of season 2 make you want to see more. But now, the only thing we are going to get is a OAV. which is cool I guess but still, I still don't give two **** about the lightnovel because it's not the same thing to me. It's like Higurashi, every adaption are different in some way but for me, the anime and the manga are the one I am interested. I don't care about the original game because it just doesn't interest me in any way.

Plus, I need to see more Vanir. Because he is basically Dimentio if he was a good guy (sort of), and the big SPM fan I am need more Anime Dimentio.

Man, ****ing thing suck!:4charizard:

Speaking of which, when you have the time, check out season 2 of Code Geass. The show gets even better, arguably. The drama gets more intense and the stakes get higher. Story telling is also wrapped up with a fantastic conclusion.

...which in turn makes me worried that the show will lose some of its charm once the planned season 3/extra season is released at some point.

Fighting Vipers went just the way I've expected. Bahn was outshines by Honey in the end despite him being the main character. Though Honey was always one of those characters who had a more nonstandard design that stood out in addition to the fact Honey the Cat exists. Not like Smash will have any destructible armor for her.

Next up is a rail shooter that used to be a trademark for Sega until it suddenly died past the Xbox. Panzer Dragoon not only has that perfect atmosphere, but the soundtrack to go along with riding a laser shooting dragon. Your homies are Keil from the first Panzer Dragoon, Edge from Panzer Dragoon Saga, Azel from Panzer Dragoon Saga, and Orta from Panzer Dragoon Orta.I feel some creative liberties would have to be done since they rarely fight without their massive dragons.

There was a problem fetching the tweet

It could turn out well. I'm not ruling that out. It's just that I'm a little more worried than excited.

But here's what I'd like to see out of this upcoming extra season: more focus on Suzaku. I know the main character will still be Lelouch and all, but with how Suzaku's story ended in season 2 (no spoilers, don't worry), I think not focusing on his character at all would be wasted potential.

@Swampasaur

Here's Marvel and DC for now.

DC - The Black Manta

The closest he's come to being a "hero" was his run with the Suicide Squad. However, despite what the movie might make some believe (:p) the Suicide Squad aren't heroes, so nyeh. In order for this to work, several things would need to happen.

Step One: Aquaman would need to die, thus removing Manta's reason for villainy.
Step Two: Manta retires from villainy after a while and settles down.
Step Three: Black Manta gets married and has a family.
Step Four: After many happy years, his family is killed by a mass terrorist attack's collateral damage. A well known villain called on the attack. Black Manta finds out.
Step Five: Black Manta goes full-on Punisher on a bloodlusted quest to put the villain's head on a pike (Ba dum tss).
Step Six: Along the way he murders some high profile criminals.

Yeah, he's more of an anti-hero here, but even for someone like Black Manta it's pretty much a hero. The set up is pretty cliche, but it's also the only way I could see it working. Manta's always been self serving and revenge driven, and as long as Aquaman was alive he'd never turn good.

...That being said he'd resume villainy once the murderer was dead and once Aquaman inevitably revives.

Marvel - The Power Broker (current)

Unlike DC, Marvel has had a single long lived continuity, so this was hard...basically all the villains have been heroes at one point. So with that I went with a newer one, and one that is more obscure.

Basically the Power Broker's shtick is that he owns Power Broker Inc and is best known for making Hench, an app that's "basically Über for hiring Super-Villains," and giving powers to people looking to be super villains. He made a metric ass-ton of money.

Basically, the Power Broker is a businessman. If the time came that he saw creating heroes as being more profitable than creating villains, he'd likely switch, using his various funds to finance hero group startups.

You're in for a good time.

There's also Full Metal Panic: Fumoffu and Full Metal Panic: The Second Raid once you're finished. Depending on what you like about the original series most (humour or drama), one of those two will appeal to you more.

If you like the humour and the antics of "child soldier trying to adjust to Japanese high school life", then you'll love Fumoffu. It's basically the humour side of the show jacked up to 11, with it getting absolutely bonkers at times. Each episode is a one-off so it's kinda like Space Dandy in the sense it has no continuity so they just do whatever they want with it.

If you like the drama side of it, then you'll adore The Second Raid, since it's a proper continuation of the original series that goes more in depth with the military plot, and the character relationships. Full of moments that will play with your heartstrings, and has a lot of action (both with and without the mech suits). It gets really dark at times too. It also contains what I feel is arguably the most iconic scene in the entire FMP saga.

Personally, when you're finished with the original series and if you found it really enjoyable overall, I would recommend Fumoffu. It's the definition of filler, but it's loads of fun and they play around with the characters a lot, and it still has some heart to it. I also think it's clever how the filler was split into it's own distinct series, since that's the biggest criticism of the original series (some episodes in the original series are just high school shenanigans and while it's good comedy, some people care about the plot and the character relationships and developments a lot more than the comedy).

Then, once you finish Fumoffu, you'll be even more attached to the characters, and then The Second Raid will have a lot more meaning to you.

Man, I watched Code Geass back when I first got into anime, so I'm hype for season 3 even though I don't watch much anymore.

That reminds me, I watched season 2 from start to finish, but I never saw all of season 1. I need to get on that before s3.

If you have a PC with the Windows operating system, fully updating your PC to the latest firmware (via Windows Update) will protect you. Microsoft patched the exploit that allows the WannaCry virus to run months ago, it's just some people don't update Windows very frequently or were running on the older versions of the operating system and were unprotected because of it.

The name of the group who spread it is Shadow Brokers, so if you get an e-mail from them, don't touch it. In general, don't go near anything that's promising you a get rich quick scheme or anything like that.

Man, I watched Code Geass back when I first got into anime, so I'm hype for season 3 even though I don't watch much anymore.

That reminds me, I watched season 2 from start to finish, but I never saw all of season 1. I need to get on that before s3.
Now that you mention it, I actually agree haha. In the extended edition of the finale, there's a 2 second clip of a cut to the cart driver, and the driver gives a sly smile after CC finishes talking to herself. With the smile and chin shape and the hair, I definitely think it's him. This in turn left a lot of mystery for the viewer. It seemed like Lelouch died, but when you look at that extended scene...did he really die? Nope! There was intrigue behind it, which was one of the reasons why I loved the ending so much.

Here's the clip of the extended ending:

And yeah, better watch season 1 haha. Both seasons are really good. Here's to hoping season 3 is also good.

"I'm proud to be a cuck"

Why should I care about her tho?
I don't know, on one hand, I always wanted to play this game. On the other hand, I wouldn't play for the multiplayer that much because, and I am 100% honest here, I am a ****ing bad loser when it come to fighting game. And getting defeating easily even if it wasn't a bad match would make me salty as hell, so, eh? Maybe later? (also, I play with a controller, because good luck buying one in Swiss)

But thanks for the offer, I appreciate.:)
And one last thing, even if I am not the best person to say after what I say about myself, don't forget to have fun and be FABULOUS.

You lie! He went out to buy the EOV localisation, he's coming back!

I mean, I want more of it too but it's not a huge cliffhanger and it doesn't make me interested in /reading/ a /comedy/
Season 1 had a better ending imo

Though yeah, we need more Vanir

Good, so now it's legal
DADDY ATLUS!

Half the time I did specials I was trying to trigger a super and all Star Fingers and Kakyoin supers were accidental

ALSO, **** YOU AND **** IGGY THAT STUPID CHAIN GRAB SHOULD BE BANNED

Nah, you're specials and super a seemed tactical at me. If not then you had a ton of happy accidents. Including saving your super meter. Why Kakyoin's OMG accident though? His supers are easy.(ALSO I FORGOT TO PLAY AS HIM)

It wasn't just the grab though, I was also spamming down-low attack, down-high attack, and high attack. : ^ )
Vanir is love, Vanir is life.

Also, I see you and @Prince Alucard talking about a JoJo game. Which one it is? The 2D one or ASB? Because I have ASB on my good old PS3.
We were playing the HD 2D one on fightcade.(online arcade emulator)

I'm available to fight anyone has long we have a time we could do so.

Also, confession: Pet Shop is only broken if someone is good enough to exploit it.

You could always just play singleplayer, it's a really fun game but it's your choice.
