It's the perfect way to tie in the amiibo too. Sad that it's the last one though, I never got to participate in a single one because I work Saturdays :(.

Well this gonna be a bloodbath.
There was a problem fetching the tweet
Or inkbath.

Which ever works.
Wow, final Splatfest?! I haven't been able to do any of the later Splatfests because I've been so busy lately, but man, it's pretty sad to see they're going to stop doing them. I only wonder how will you be able to obtain Super Sea Snails in the future now that the Splatfests will be coming to an end.

I do like the theme for the final Splatfest though. Perfect way to end it off with a bang, but oh dear, this will be a heated battle, no doubt about that!

Here's an image gallery of the 'leaked' Pokémon for those interested.

I have to say, I like Tapu Koko's design if that's real.

Edit: Also, Grubbin's evolution's name is apparently Vikavolt, one of them is also named Drampa (I'm guessing it's the dragon thing).

Got another video:

Will look for some more direct links. IDK between the designs and the lack of in-game & promo text within the footage, something just rubs me the wrong way. Regardless we'll find out tomorrow, and I'd definitely be down with a House Fly/Mosquito Pokemon (Bug/Fairy?).

EDIT: I stand corrected with the video Push posted. LMAO

Thought I'd share some thoughts on the leaks that just came up.

It took me about a minute to realize that Tapukoko has bird like elements. The giveaway are those bird-faced arm plates on its sides. Looks like Tapukoko really was a small Pokemon going off that description we got from that E3 footage, and it's definitely a legendary with that ancient-style design. Doesn't seem like this is the Strange Souvenir legendary though. That Pokemon will be probably be one of the other island guardians, and on that note, I can't wait to see how the others will look like.

I predicted Grubbin would evolve into a fly initially since grubs are the premature stage of flies, but then I got skeptical when I learned that it is more so based on a beetle grub. Seems like my initial assumption was true, and Grubbin evolves into fly of some sort, a.k.a Vikibolt. Looks pretty neat.

That dragon looks a bit odd, though I guess it's because of the eyes and the hair. At the same time, it does look pretty funny! I'm guessing it will be a Water/Dragon-type.

Alola's Electric-rodent looks funny. What animal is it specifically based on?

And hey, it seems like we finally have a Mosquito Pokemon. Pretty neat! The piranha has an odd color scheme and shape, but I only wonder if it will be like Basculin where it's a fish that doesn't evolve, or will it be the Magikarp/Feebas of this generation.

Whatever is that rectangular green Pokemon supposed to be? Seems like the cocoon stage of a Bug-type Pokemon, but that's just me.

This is the one I probably questioning the most:

An Electric Hedgehog?

EDIT: Got another one:

EDIT2: After this one I believe there is only one left that hasn't been posted here:

EDIT3: That's all of them:

Well, there you go, Opossum. Our NeXt big news. :p

I like these designs, they are very creative, especially Tapukoko.

Alright, here's what I could gather from the information leaked out:
-Bruxish is the nightmarish lagoon triggerfish, it knows the move Psywave and has a new ability called Dazzle. Dazzle is an ability that negates priority moves as it blocked Pikachu's Quick Attack.
-Togedemaru is the Pikaclone, it seems to be based on a Hedgehog and is obviously an Electric type.
-Drampa is the Mushu looking dragon, it knows Dragonbreath.
-Charjabug seems to be the cocoon form of Grubbin, with Vikavolt as the final evolution. Charjabug seems to know Spark, which implies that it may gain the Electric typing.
-Cutiefly is the cute little fly, it knows the move Fairy Wind. Bug/Fairy type maybe?
-Tapu Koko was already posted, it seems to know a new move.

I think the leaker is connected to the media section of Nintendo/ Pokémon of Europe (possibly Russia).

Evidence.zip:

1. The footage seems to have come from trailers.
2. The footage introduction has Russian rating information.
3. The leaker's original channel where he started posting the footage was Russian gameplay of Sonic.
4. The leaker said he has to go to work now.

I don't know if they know anything else about the game, but they are claiming that the Robin Hood Rowlet evos are fake.

And people were wondering why the games are being given a 5 day delay in Europe.

Where are they claiming those last few points? In the YT comments section?

Really digging Vikavolt.

Others seem eh or oh gosh why.

Note rested in what that dragon will turn into though.

Also the hedgehog is admittedly cute.

Just like with Gen 5, people will find these Pokémon ugly but will finally get used to them and find them okay at the very least, and find the next generation's Pokémon ugly again and so on.

That's a trophy mod, right?
Also, model importing for stages in the WiiU version is making progress.

...Wish I knew how to get that light bloom material effect in Blender...

I should really ask these guys on how they did this and if it's possible for the general user to do this as I would love to import some of my own models into this game as trophies too.....

The first one looks like a dragon, I'm assuming Dragon/Water from its appearence
The electirc-rodent-ball-thingy looks dumb tbh, and it seems to be the Pikachu clone if anything
The beetle looks cool, is ot suplosed to be Grubbin's evolution?
I have no idea what the next thing is supposed fo be but I like it
The bird/bug thing looks like, well, a Bug/Flying if that's what it's supposed to be
And then there's that fish(who looks cool) and that block thingy that I dunno what it is

New Street Fighter 5 leak. Could we be getting Sagat?
I don't really think Corrin is gonna be cut in Smash 5 since he's a unique character, and Nintendo doesn't really cut Unique characters unless it's impossible for now (Snake), or some technical problem (Ice Climbers).
And yet Squirtle and Ivysaur got cut (those guys had no real reason to get cut outside of sakurai just not deeming them important enough) whereas Toon Link stayed, so uniqueness isn't a guarantee that you'll stay or go.

It's ready to go.

http://gamebanana.com/skins/147114

Installation instructions are included in the description. Both unpacked and packed versions are included in the .zip file.

If you're using the packed version, you probably haven't used SDCafiine before.

So to do that, after you've put your region's version of the mod onto the root of your SD (the folder you need to put onto the root of your SD is the one with a bunch of numbers within either the USA, EUR, or *** folders, depending on your region), go to "www.loadiine.ovh" in your Wii U's web browser. Then select the option that says "SDCafiine" at the start, that's contained in the drop down. Then click "Submit", and wait a few seconds. You'll be booted back to the Home Menu. Then immediately go back into the loadiine site, and a different screen will automatically come up. Then a screen comes up on your GamePad, with an ASCII coffee cup and some words on it. Just press the A button on that screen. You'll be booted back to the Home Screen again. Now you can boot up Smash and the mod should be in effect. When using the packed version, the costume replaces Rosalina's second one (the pink one).

People using the unpacked version can put it over whatever slot they want. I have the costume folder and chr files marked with "XX" at the end so just replace it with whatever slot you want.

I'm just gonna quote what I said on the Pokemon Sun and Moon thread.
My thoughts (I'm rather late on this one):
Tapukoko looks pretty cool, but something about it doesn't quite sit through me.
Charjabug has a really cool design for a second stage route 1 bug type Pokemon (Serebii says it evolves from Grubbin)
Vikabolt looks rad as ****. If its stats are good enough, I'll make sure to use one on my team. It also has the same type combination as Galvantula, another Pokemon I'm quite fond of, which is a plus.
Drampa looks weird, but it's slowly growing on me.
Togedemaru is cute but did we really need another Pikachu clone?
Bruxish is really ugly. I thought so the moment I saw it. That abillity also sounds broken as hell.
Cutiefly is pretty cute, but other than that, nothing else to say.

Already kinda disappointed they revealed an entire evo line, but it's the local bug so no huge loss I guess.

They don't seem to be holding back on the weirder designs this time, which is good imo. Kinda reminds me of Gen 5.

Tapukoko is definitely my favorite.

Also, Sonichu is real.

I find all the new Pokémon designs to be great.

Tapukoko looks Egyptian-ish/Aztec-ish. Well, something like that. Still, I found it the most appealing.

Bruxish is based on the reef triggerfish which has the amazing Hawaiian name of "Humuhumunukunukuapua'a"

Quick thoughts:

Tapukoko - Wouldn't be surprised if it's apart of a quartet, which is something I was hoping for as the lesser legendary trio last Gen when Fairy was confirmed. Given it's Hawaii, a Fire/Fairy is pretty much confirmed IMO. Looks to be the top of the totem pole based on the shape of it's armor.

It's definitely going to be interesting how progression will be handled as there are a fairly good amount of Electic Pokemon that have been revealed, that I would assume you can get on the first island. Also those poor Pidgeys, hit by a fake bird totem head. lol

Charjabug/Vikavolt - These are the Firefly Pokemon we deserve. I wonder if the latter will have Levitate?

Drampa - Pretty cool typing, beyond that I have no idea what to make of it.

Bruxish - Triggerfishes certainly are ugly...that ability could be HUGE for competitive play.

Cutiefly - Am still waiting on a true House Fly/Mosquito Pokemon, but this will do. Am putting it in my potential team roster for now, assuming it evolves.

Togedemaru - I like it better than most of the Pikaclones. In hindsight, I am kind of surprised people hate on Trubbish/Klefki when we continue to get these every generation.

Cutiefly-Bug/Fairy
daaawwwwww....it's like a little hummingbird fly...thing...
Seems to be based on this: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bombyliidae Definitely cute until you read about how they are Parasitoids for the first stages of their life. :troll:

I'm surprised the Japanese Pokemon Youtube page released the trailer one day in advance, but I might as well give some additional thoughts.

I thought Charjabug looked the middle stage of a Pokemon with the cocoon-like design, and it seems like I was right. It's probably going to be the evolution of Grubbin since it continues the electricity theme.

Drampa being Normal/Dragon was a bit surprising at first, but I think I can understand where it is coming from. Frenzy suggests that it is probably going to be a special attacker. I also think this is already the final-stage. Looks like the final-stage evolution of its evolution line already because it already looks "complete."

Bruxish is a Water/Psychic type, and the ability seems pretty useful in stopping priority attacks like Fake-Out. Togedemaru turns out to be based on a hedgehog. I wasn't sure what animal was it based on first, but now that I saw gameplay footage where we see the needles in action, it all makes sense. Perhaps it will learn a new attack named "Electric Needle?" Seems like it.

Cutiefly is our first Bug/Fairy-type to my knowledge. That's pretty neat!

And Tapu Koko is shaping up to be an interesting Pokemon. We finally have an Electric Field equivalent to Snow Warning, Sand Stream, Drought, and Drizzle! Electric/Fairy also seems like a good-typing, only weak to Ground and Fairy-type attacks. It's signature attack looks pretty cool. I'm guessing it's a Fairy-type attack since it looks pretty mystical. Story-wise, it looks like Tapu Koko will be summoned during the ceremony. My guess is that you first meet it prior to the festival, perhaps in it's native habitat, and maybe the Pokemon appears again after you defeat Hau.

And more news on Zygarde. OK, let me be the first to say that the official Ken Sugimori art for Zygarde's Complete Forme looks freaking awesome!

I mean, I really like the pose! The Complete Forme has definitely solidified as one of my favorite legendaries of all time at this point.

So in the footage, it seems like when Zygarde's 50% Forme activates System Change and turns into the Complete Forme, it doesn't gain as much HP as the 10% Forme turning into the Complete Forme. I guess that's fitting since the 10% Forme will probably have lower base-stat total, but the fact 50%'s transformation puts the added HP in the yellow instead of the green still looks a bit troubling. I'm really hoping that the Complete Forme has some killer stats to make up for it.
