Dang, it's New Years for EST peeps. This year has been a pretty intense one for me personally and the world really. And now we're at the start of a whole new one. It's looking kinda suspect at the moment with you know who in charge coming up soon. That being said, I'm going to live life the best I can and try do right by everyone and myself as much as I can, you guys included. Too many of the people before me made too many sacrifices for me to let myself get defeated like that. In the end of day, I'm still me with a full life ahead of myself (or so I hope). Have any of you ever been at any points in your life where you almost constantly criticize yourself even over little things or you're constantly worrying about something?

I've been going in and out of doing that lately. It's not doing me any good, to say the least....

I'm feeling way better than that right now, but it has happened to me enough lately that I'm concerned about it. I don't want this to be a commonly recurring thing.

I struggle with this problem every single day of my life. With battling depression, fighting of self-criticism becomes even harder...just remember to remember your own advice that you continue to give to me: don't sweat the small stuff, and things will be ok, ok?

This feels like the quickest year of my life top to bottom.

Haaaappy Switch Year!

There may be a lot of things in the world that people don't feel so positive about, but let's hope this year manages to be a good one despite that.

At the very least, I hope this year is the year people can be a bit more cheerful in terms of Nintendo. We've had all of 2016 to think about anything negative about the Switch, so for this year maybe we can actually start getting hype and speculating a bit. And well, it's less than two weeks until the Switch presentation! That's something to look forward to!

. . .Anyway, I tried to set off a party favor at the exact time and it didn't go off. Oh well. It seems there's fireworks going off outside. . .and somehow, it's a bit comforting in a way.

Maybe next year we'll be ringing in the New Year in Inkopolis Plaza on Splatoon Switch. Actually, I think I'll go use my Squid Sisters Amiibo again right now, this is as good of a time as any.

Well, with Revelations finally purchased, that leaves me with roughly... forty bucks of eShop cards. I honestly have little clue with what to do with it, other than probably putting a little bit of it towards Smesh DLC since I still have yet to buy all of it, and maybe Tropical Freeze. But beyond that I have no clue what to use the cash on.

Hmm, I for one would save up some money and use it for Tropical Freeze instead, since apparently the Smash Bros. Switch port is a thing (even though it hasn't been revealed yet) and will likely contain all DLC right away. But if you want to get the DLC regardless, go ahead.

Happy New Year, People! (I haven't been here very long, but I feel like I can say that.) I feel sick to my stomach even thinking about the passage of time but it's 2017 and I guess I gotta face that. Last year, I realized that I'm trying to feel out this life thing like many others. That was a lesson among others from last year. I mean, we could learn from last year like any. We could wish for a good year like many. We could think about anything from the top 10 Memes from last year to how last year's events fits into the history of the world or about how excited are about this year's new games. But I don't know what to think or how to feel. I am just thinking about a lot of philosophical junk right now. Im just rambling,now.
