It makes sense though considering Snorlax's stupidly high HP and special defense with Draco Meteor on Dragonite not hitting that hard without investment in special attack. It naturally hits a lot harder even with dragon claw and I assume enemy pokemon aren't specifically EV invested, though that's something I do wonder.

Also, when I was a kid I thought snorlax was useless because it died so much. Little did I know that it was because it had such low defense. Which surprised me, I thought it would be physically defensive if anything and not specially.(Not that I even knew that there was a split at the time.)

The explainable reason why is the special split in gen 2. Before that, both of Snorlax's defenses were at a terrible 65(though keep in mind despite this it dominated the meta game), so when the split happened, to buff it, they gave it 110 special defense. It dominated the meta game even more so in the gen's 2 and 3. Snorlax is just one of the examples of how normal types used to be so dominate.

This funny too because the add is about not believing everything you see/hear.

But yeah, basically I have been surfing weird PSAs today and that's one I came across again, and it happens to be a canadian one. It's pretty innocent though. Especially compared to most of the stuff I've found, especially from the UK.(They have the tendancy to be brutal on innocent things such as children/puppies/dolls/cartoon characters etc. with some pretty heavy or violent imagery.)

Been catching pretty much every pokemon I see which is really fun. It helps Alola's dex is ridiculously good. So many awesome pokemon

The one thing I dont like about Team Skull is that they pretty much just appear and then leave immediately and are never in groups. It's always 2. They don't really feel like a threat yet and it's all been minor appearances but im already on the third island. :/


as for progress im on the third island. Starting the first trial with sophocles. Im admittedly dissapointed "Sophocles" doesn't seem to have any greek references going with him.

Honestly, other than the rival team not being very expanded upon (which im sure will ineveitably change especially with the blatant foreshadowing of a certain group) this game is amazing.

It's completely revitalized my love of pokemon after pokemon X killed it. Amazing game right here.

It sounds like something very unexpected and possibly hard to get. Maybe Capcom doesn't have full rights?

Regardless, Okami or Monster Hunter would be neat. Monster Hunter makes sense to since the creator made it a point that he doesn't give out the actual hunter for ips because they want them portrayed the right way. That was in regardless to Smash though I believe.

Ghosts and Goblins might be possible to.

Defeated Flaaghra....and I'm regretting not picking Veteran Mode since I'm sorta flying through this game so far...but then again difficulty isn't really the point to Metroid...

One thing that's quite refreshing is re-reading all the scan data...Whether it's the Chozo Lore, Pirate Data or logbook entries...One of the most brilliant aspects of the game as it fleshes out the world rather nicely in a way that isn't always thrown in your face...

Well, I just hatched a Shiny Grubbin out of nowhere; I actually thought about it at one point, hilariously enough. When I went to check its IV's, however, its Sp.Atk was Decent and its Attack was Best, which is not good. Had that been reversed, it would of been a perfect competitive Shiny Vikavolt. I am not saddened by this, however, as I 100% prefer Vikavolt's default colors.

I can think of a character where the animators would need a raise, but I doubt anyone would be that excited about them and it'd be more like the animators need their salary doubled if it actually happened. The reason why would make things pretty hilarious if it somehow did happen, though.

That character in question being the actual main character of Darkstalkers, because I think he turns everyone into a girl before he kills them. Assuming I'm not getting my wires crossed on the main character being the one that does that, of course.
