Week 1 has begun fellow football fans!

Omg the Saints got ***** by the Colts! Should we expect a repeat from the Super Bowl Champs?

What teams do you think will have a good year? What teams will have a bad year?

Man, this season will be great (but it will probably be hard for the Ravens fans, like me... they're getting a 1st place schedule this year, ouch!)

The defense played fine, but either Grossman has to learn how to play under pressure or we need a better O-line.

Neways, I'm really happy for Matt Schaub right now. I always thought that he should be the starter at ATL instead of Vick, but they always went with the man that sells more jerseys.

Now at Houston, Schaub and Johnson are making a deadly combination! Too bad they're in the AFC South, with the Colts and Titans.

EDIT: And I like what Peeze did there... any1 interested to make a game picking competition? I could edit the first post each week and keep track of the scores.

Yea do that I wanted to do something like that. I cant believe the Browns won. I really am lost for words that texas beat Carolina. I guess the Patriots did well but you cant go wrong when you have your opponents play book.

The Giants never had a good secondary, and since their offense is strugling, their defense is getting ***** more and more.

Jets are mediocre. They had an easy schedule last year.

Do you really think that the Jets were the only team that they studied on? No, I'm almost positive that this is the first time he has been caught. Not the first time he has done it. Also the strategy is just as important as what the players do on the field. Just because you have have a group of all stars does not mean that you will win. Knowing what play a team will run and when they are most likely going to do it is the biggest key to winning a game.

Of course not, but simply cheating doesn't mean that you're going to win. That's like saying "Ok, I'm going to cheat off of the dumbest kid in the class, but it's cheating, so I'll get them all right". Obviously you wont.

They still had to PRODUCE. The QB (Brady) still had to throw the TD pass, the WR (Moss, Caldwell, whomever it was the past four years) still had to beat his man, the RB (Dillon, Maroney, Faulk) still had to find the hole, the O-Line still had to block.

Simply because they "cheated' doesn't mean they'll win, proof being they haven't gone 19-0 in any of the previous years.

Of course knowing what play they'll run helps, but you still do need All-Stars.

Anyone like the Broncos? well I do....I didnt get to see the first two games because I live in Houston....Broncos did ok in those games though they won both=D if anyone is a Bronco fan tell me what you think of Jay Cutler?

I like the Broncos, they're my favorite AFC west team. That's because I really like their offense.

Cutler is a perfect fit for the team IMO. But he's trying to do too much sometimes... we need to let him grow up a lil lol

I bolded the teams that I know are going to win, Peeze's is different. As for the Super Bowl, I'd say it's a toss-up between the Packers/Cowboys against the Patriots/Colts, with the AFC winning no matter who represents the NFC.

I'm from Wisconsin, and have been a Packers fan for as long as I can remeber.

I'm not sure they're a SB contender quite yet, but Playoffs for sure.
