It doesn't matter how right you are, though. Let's face it; we're emotionally invested in the games we play. And emotional investment has enough power to trump even the most powerful logical arguments in the minds of most people (I'd give real life examples, but I know they'd offend people haha). No amount of logical reasoning was enough to convince me to take the leap to Melee. I had to see the game for myself, in person and in action before I took a serious interest. You can't expect any legitimate results by talking to people about Melee, it's something you need to show them.

Yes you have to help them somehow get HYPED into it. or show them some vids of SBR or something lol.

the easiest way to convert brawl players is to play brawl with them, then they play melee with you. then you do one cool combo to them per game(you have to sandbag alot @ first, but do enough to get their ***** hard) and then they're like "z0mg, teach me!"

also, one day i hope to dropzone mang0 and a fly-guy at the same time.
