Super Smash Bros has been released om 1999, and Super Smash bros for 3ds and Wii U were released in its 15th year. As we approach 2015, we will receive future patches to polish the tournament and other Wii U features as well as getting Mewtwo DLC.

For fun in 2015, lets list our own 16 favorite newcomers in honor of Smash's 16th birthday. Newcomers must have been released on Nintendo Console and does not use existing characters.
