I don't know if theres a thread on this, even though im pretty sure someone has thought of it. Basically, try a Short-Hopped f-air real fast, as if you were about to do a Short-Hopped double f-air. Then do a waveland backwards. Don't know how much of a help it can be, but i find pretty helpful if I mess up my spacing or if the opponent is trying to shield-grab.
