sup smashers im new to the atlantic north area smash scene....im pretty much a born again smasher...havent played in a couple years but i can never bury the game compeletly...in fact i quit, forgot my old smashboards user an password (go figure), and now want to get back in the scene... some smashers mite remember me as Slim but thats besides the point....im in the Ridgewood, NJ area with out a car....

i woulda posted in the new jersey thread but i didnt see it....so **** it.

I guess people dont wanna be bothered. theres like 40 views and only me an u posted. LMAO when i show up to a tourny and prove i aint no push over, then maybe people will respond to my posts. there prolly thinking "he's got 3 posts?? He's a NOOB for sure!!" the smash community hasnt changed abit. =)

btw im back to maining luigi, an seconds ganon, puff, falcon....thats for everyone who reads this post to know.

The old NJ Melee thread was locked and replaced with a new NJ Brawl thread.

I don't even know how NJ Melee thrives nowadays lol, but just like the rest of the Melee community its clearly there. I just dont' know where.

Your wayyyyy to far from me lol. 1.5 hours. I would ask people who live way up there like doyoung2win if he wants to play sometime. At least your close to no johns, you should come to that saturday if you can.

Edit : Put the melee tag in front of your thread title so more melee players see it. Edit your OP and theres a box to the left of the title that says "tag" or something. And choose melee.

Ridgewood is like 15 min from garden state plaza and englewood. its right next to glen rock. its in bergen county. im down for smash but im not down for takin the train ALL the time. it is kinda expensive. its like ten bucks one way no matter where i go unless its like the next town over. hopefully u got a car Deathknight. :embarrass im pretty flexible on my days cuz im jobless right now. if not we mite be able to work something out. how far are u from bergen county??
