Well, it depends on how good you are really. If you are new-new to smash (nothing wrong with that) there is the Mentoring Program. It is mainly for newby Smashers, though. They can play some practice rounds with you, show you tips and tricks, and get you familiar with the game mechanics and techniques. Plus it is all private with a 1-on-1 tutor.

Or there is what I gave you which is pretty much a "VS. Anyone" match. Just say you are looking for a match and I am sure you'll get someone. Those matches will have all kinds of ranges of experienced players to inexperienced players.

In terms of good players, or specific players, I can't help you there :/
