That seems huge, but what about other counters? Iirc all of them have a bit invincibility, could this work with Ike/Marth/Lucina/Palutena/LittleMac/Greninja/Corrin/Bayo too?

In every case except Bayo, I hope so.

Nope, it does not work with other counters. Shulk is a special case because of his counter has an air to grounded state, while others don't. It explains it at the beginning of the video
