After 14 years of this game being released, people think that there is no more to find out about the beloved game Super Smash Bros. Melee. I'm here to proudly prove you wrong. I introduce to you, the Clothesline Kick. This tech is exclusive to the map Onett. This tech allows you to escape almost all death situations when pressured on the clothesline. It allows you to clear a way out of the enemies pressure, and gain invincibility. This can be used by only Captain Falcon sadly, but with this tech it should put him above Ice Climbers on the tier list.

HOW TO PERFORM

This tech does not require any specific frame windows, it's actually very simple to perform. It just requires being on the clothesline of Onett, and being above the leftmost red flag(Blue box as seen below) and you just press Down and B as Falcon. If you're character exclaims "Falcon Kick!", congrats. You have performed the Clothesline Kick and have confused your opponents so hard that there is no way of them winning the game. This tech lets you Falcon Kick across the top platform, and you fall and grab the right edge of the yellow house. Now you're against a wall so you can tech easier, and you also gained invincibility from ledge.

USES

Ever been in that situation where if you're grabbed, you're dead? Well this move will beat out their grab if you time it correctly. It allows you to not only attack the opponent, but also ends with invincibility AND center stage. It could possibly be the best option for escaping scary situations as Falcon. Even if they shield the falcon kick, you still fly past them and get into a more safe scenario.

CONCLUSION

This era of discovery is not over yet, and this tech is to prove that. This will make Falcon more viable on Onett than any other character on the ENTIRE roster. Who knows, maybe with this tech Falcon might become viable again?
