How do the new stage lists affect us or you in particular?
I know I'll be missing PS from neutrals.

Where can I find this mysterious stage list? And PS isn't banned, so its still good to go. I agree it should be a counterpick, its just got so many aspects that limit characters who arn't marth/ spacies.

So PS is a counterpick, Corneria and pokefloats are no longer CP's and thats.... about it? Seems to me like Fox's best stages are now illegal, and nobody else is highly effected. Cept Maybe Pikachu on the Corneria. As for Roy, he doesn't do great on either banned stages from my experience. FD and fountain are still around, and while he does do well on PS, he can continue to. Given he isn't against a spacy or Marth.... So.... not looking to hopeful haha.

MC is gone, which helps all none Puff/Peach players. Which is for me.

Besides, you can still CP PS, so no biggie. MC is like auto-win for Peach and Puff.

Well Roy just sucks. Regardless of stages.

Puff still has Brinstar DL 64, Peach still has Fountain, DL64 and KJ64, and Roy still has.... little to no favorable stages, depending on match-up. That poor ginger *******, he never stood a chance. I guess he does kinda **** FD against Fox/ Falco, if he's good at yeh old chainthrow, techchase and edgeguard. Still, one stage isn't looking too hot.

I'm excited for this. Hopefully this will make sets more interesting (although individual matches may become lesser due to lower amounts of stages).

Personally, I've never liked Corneria, Pokefloats or Mute City, but I do like Pokemon Stadium.

Looking forward to how this affects the Melee scene.

I'm actually quite sad to see corneria go, as it was a useful counterpick for me vs peach.
