New PR Panel Members

So I'd kiiiiind of like to update NSW's PRs since we MIGHT be having tournaments and such. The thing is, the old panels are completely in shambles in terms of their members being active, so I am proposing the following!

NEW PR PANEL MEMBERS!

But I think having 4 or 5 panel members for each panel would be ideal. The remaining members of the previous panels would be making the ultimate decision as to who will be on the panel, but I would like to hear arguments for why they or anyone else should be on the panel.

Be aware, all serious posts made in this thread should be, and will be, treated with extreme criticism.

Also, for the record, the PR members that are still active are:

I think Shaya should be on the PR board because he's a very energetic and organised person with a lot of experience with members of the scene. I know he'll spend days pondering over the positions of the players on the list and pour a lot of energy into figuring out accurate placements even going so far as to watch videos of players several hundreds of times just to get the most accurate and fair placement for all the potential players.

EDIT: I once heard this story of shaya waking up before 7am and missing his morning coffee just so he could sneak in those extra few minutes of video watching.

I guess the question is do we have anyone else outside Ted/Zxv/Shaya who has enough game knowledge, and knows the scene well enough to be an appropriate panellist. I reckon the next most appropriate candidate would be Martin.

Yes, NSW/ACT is a shared PR. I'm sure Tin Man has a legitimate argument as a possible panellist. His knowledge of the game is certainly at the necessary level to be an accurate judge, though I think it's worth questioning his familiarity with the scene having been here only a short while. (That's not to say I don't think he'd be a great panellist, I'm just trying to bring up possible criticisms to make sure they're examined and not looked over)
