New player tag name.

[Its-a-Mina]

I wanted to enter a tournament for ultimate, I'm not the best when it comes to naming, I go by the name Minako, while playing smash 4 I've been using the tag Its-a-Mina ya know kinda like "its-a-me Mario" would that name work for my tag in smash and for tournaments?

I would also like to know the story behind your names as well and why you like it!

The reference in your name to "its-a-me Mario" is pretty obvious. I think many Smash players will get it. For your tag you ought to just use something that you like and that fits in the tag slot and —if you care about it— does not offend many people (e.g. using Hitler as your tag might make your tournament experience less pleasurable than it would be without a tag that is widely considered to be offensive).

As for my name, "λ" is the symbol for functional programming.

Exactly, I don't think anyone who knows anything about videogames wouldn't get that reference, and personally, I like it

My name on basically every website/game is "IshipMcHanzo", because I love the McCree/Hanzo fanship from overwatch (who could guess, right?). When it's possible, I take the name McCree, because he's just an awesome character with awesome voice actor too, and there is absolutely nothing about him that I dislike. Also the name is ~somewhat~ rare.

Propably couldn't use either as handle though, because IshipMcHanzo is really long, and "McCree" is copyrighted I think!

Minako is a beautiful name btw

Hoi! First and foremost, welcome!

Its-a-Mina is a very good tag imo, a cool reference that pretty much any Nintendo fan can get. As for my username here, it's only because i love the Zelda series so much and wanted to use something related to the Master Sword.
