We know there's going to be a new Nintendo Console eventually. For now, it's all speculation and that violates

That .pdf IS an official announcement. It's a Nintendo.com page.

Nintendo has officially revealed that they'll reveal the new console at E3, as well as the fact that it's coming out AFTER March 2012.
