One of the best fakes I seen. What gave it away for me was Jigglypuff's picture looked like it came from Melee. Speaking of which, it should be a matter of time now before we get a chance to see the real character select screen, even if it means seeing a bunch of question marks.
Bad reason. Look at the boxes in Tournament mode in Melee, then compare them to the Melee character screen.

That is a very impressive fake, but the gigantic giveaway is that the menu just looks really different from all the styles we've seen in Brawl's menu updates, which could simply be labled as a brighter, whiter version of Melee's menu... much like Kirby Air Ride.

I'd say the fact that you see so many question mark boxes makes it fake. In Melee they added boxes to the side...I just doubt they'd reveal how many characters are in the game just from the start like that.
