repeated spaced dtilt IASA should combat a lot of different CC options, one notable exception off the top of my head being Peach's dsmash. Other ideas include grabbing, baiting the dtilt or whatever they're planning to do after CCing, or just being patient. Neutral Jing and s h ! t http://avatar.wikia.com/wiki/Jing

I liked your link!

As for the question, you'll have to elaborate. Where are you positioned? Edge or Stage?

I'm not positive, but if it's a tip hits an opponent, I believe it should hit through the cc. IF it doesn't work, spacing while on stage can save your life, but don't use laggy moves. Dtilt>dash away would probably be good. Also, you can always grab and prop them up.

On the edge, is a completely different matter. You can usually see someone crouch when they're waiting at the ledge for you. If you see it, just play the patience game on the ledge. You can even waveland onto the stage and grab them, if you've got the opening. Aside from that, I'd say a roll onto the stage, if you're below 100% damage.
