Marth is my main, and I think I've stumbled across a pretty nice little combo.
First, dash attack and hit with the tip (it's easiest to do this when the enemy is rolling around, and get them in the vunerable frames). If you tip correctly, the enemy will fly up behind you(duh). Jump up, get them with a biar, then drop down quickly and get them with a fair(because the bair turned you around) right after they hit the ground. If you get them before they hit the ground and push them farther forward in the air, then starting it all over is a surefire thing. If you dont get them before they land, its still possible to start over. If they tech roll away from you, you can usually get them in the vunerable frames, if you're quick.
Alternatives after the fair include an ftilt and fsmash (if you get them in the air the the fair, a fsmash is a surefire deal, and it usually tips).
It can also be started by an fthrow before the dash attack.
It usually works best in the 30-75% range for mid-size characters.
It has worked pretty well for me, but anyone have any improvments/criticisms/spots they could tech?
