New IC glitch?

I was playing around in smash just trying new stages while me and my cousin got to yoshi's island i found a glitch, and i'm wondering if anyone has seen or done this glitch. So here it is.. the "new" glitch with IC... if it is new.

Does this glitch only work on mushroom kingdom? If this glitch would be practiceable that will be great.

is it a glitch or the ice they shoot just breaks after it hits the first brick?

when you shoot the ice at a certain spot, where the ice first hits the ground, is where you have to land the ice for it to reflect back.

Does this glitch only work on mushroom kingdom? If this glitch would be practiceable that will be great.
